Meet Dr. Erika: From National Athlete to Your Doctor
Dr. Erika brings a unique blend of high-level athletic experience and advanced clinical techniques to our practice. As a former member of the National Taekwondo team, she understands the demands placed on the body and the importance of peak performance.
She offers a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation, including:
- Specialized Care: Concussion management, baseline assessments, and Fascial Stretch Therapy.
- Women’s Health: Working closely with women during pregnancy and postpartum to manage pain and safely return to activity.
- Advanced Modalities: Neurofunctional Acupuncture, Soft-Tissue Therapy, Cupping, and more.
Meet Serine: Your New Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT)
We are also thrilled to welcome Serine to the family. A graduate of McMaster University, Serine has joined us as a licensed Medical Radiation Technologist.
Serine has a strong interest in health data and preventative care. She believes that understanding your numbers is the key to wellness. Outside of the clinic, you’ll find her staying active through Pilates, running, or hitting the gym.
She is especially passionate about body composition tracking through DEXA scans. She loves supporting patients by taking complex data and turning it into clear, meaningful insights that actually help you on your wellness journey.
