The process for our Dexascan was really easy and straightforward and the technician was friendly. My suggestion is to encourage your staff be a little more willing to help you interpret the data and explain the results to you a bit, as I asked questions but it didn’t seem like she really wanted to talk to us much. Having a little bit more willingness to take 2 minutes and explain the results to you would be helpful and make the overall experience better.

Response to owner reply: I can understand the importance of office time but we had 20 minutes left into our booking and all our technician said once we finished was “you’ll receive your results by email then you’re good to go”. I asked several questions and she seemed like she did not want to talk. I’m not asking for 15 minutes I simply think taking 1 or 2 minutes to explain the main stats you see from a. Dexascan and how to interpret them would be valuable and very reasonable to expect. (mind you, we had 20 minites left in our 30 minute booking)
