The dexa scan is extremely affordable compared to alternatives, it gave helpful information in a kind, unbiased and strengths-based way with clear data emailed to me. The studio was very clean inside.

The only bad part is the area, because the studio is small there’s no waiting room and you can’t eat or drink before so going to get a coffee isn’t exactly an option. There is a thrift store across the street to kill some time while waiting though. The neighbourhood isn’t dangerous, but it is stinky and dirty with lots of dog poop around. Try to arrive exactly on time.

The appointment is quite quick, so it’s best to be ready to go and not expect a detailed chat, although I am sure they’d be able to answer more detailed questions over email.
Still, the price is unbeatable so it’s expected to not take too much time or expect a luxury area.
