How do I redeem my package after purchasing?
After purchasing, you’ll receive a unique coupon code via email. Click the “Redeem a Package” button, select your test, and enter your code at checkout to book your session at $0.
Can I share my package with someone else?
Yes — all packages are fully transferable. Just share your coupon code with a friend or family member and they can book their own session with it.
Do packages expire?
No. All package credits are valid indefinitely. Use them on your own timeline — there’s no rush.
What’s the difference between a package and a subscription?
Packages are a one-time purchase with multiple tests that never expire and can be shared. Subscriptions are $20/month for ongoing DEXA scans only. Packages are best for groups, gifts, or if you want VO2 Max and RMR tests included. Learn more about subscriptions →
What’s the refund policy?
Sale packages come with a 100% no-questions-asked refund until the sale period ends. For other packages, contact us at hello@bodystats.ca.
What should I do to prepare for my tests?
Arrive well-hydrated and avoid heavy meals 2–3 hours before. Wear comfortable clothing without metal zippers or buttons. Skip intense exercise the day before for the most accurate results.
Can I mix and match tests within a package?
Yes! Our Spring and Early Access packages let you pick any combination of VO2 Max, RMR, Extended DEXA w/ Consult, or a 2× DEXA Back-to-Back Bundle. Choose whatever mix suits your goals.
Which locations can I use my package at?
