How do I use my package?
After you buy, we email you a code. Choose Redeem a package, pick your test and enter the code. Your booking total will be $0.
Can I share my credits?
Yes. Give the code to a friend or family member and they can book with it.
Do credits expire?
No. Use them whenever you like.
Can I get a refund?
Package purchases are final. If you cancel an appointment you booked with a credit, the credit goes back to your package balance so you can rebook.
Where can I use them?
At any BodyStats studio: Gastown and Yaletown in Vancouver, and Liberty Village in Toronto.
