Book your scan
Choose your location and time in UltraBook, then apply an available credit when booking.
Book or use any remaining subscription credits while your subscription is active. Unused credits expire when it is no longer active. See the cancellation policy for appointment changes.

Do unused subscription credits roll over?
Yes, while your subscription stays active. If you no longer have an active subscription, any unused subscription credits expire.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Check your active subscription and cancellation options in UltraBook. Plan to use any remaining credits while the subscription is active.
Is this the same as a testing package?
No. A subscription adds one credit each month and requires an active subscription to use unused credits. One-time package credits do not expire.
Where do I find my credits or get help?
Check your booking account in UltraBook. If a credit is missing or a code does not work, contact our team with your purchase email and code.
