No Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Bringing advanced health tracking to everyone is not easy. We have to be incredibly efficient. We hope to one day have a more flexible policy but to start, we have to be strict. Please do reach out to us if anything arises we will try our best but make absolutely no promises.

No Refunds

Final Sale: All payments made for appointments at BodyStats are considered final. Once an appointment is booked, the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, and changes in personal circumstances.

Service Commitment: By confirming your appointment and making payment, you acknowledge and accept that the fee for the scheduled service is non-refundable, regardless of the situation.

Limited Rescheduling

Limited Rescheduling: Once an appointment is booked, rescheduling is only permitted up to 5 days before the scheduled date. After this period, the appointment date and time are fixed and cannot be altered. Clients are advised to choose their appointment times carefully to ensure they can attend.

Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are available for their scheduled appointment time. We recommend booking only when you are confident that you can commit to the date and time.

No-Show Policy

Cancellation Without Refund: If a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the appointment will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be provided. The full cost of the service will be retained as a no-show fee.

Impact on Future Bookings: Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings, as we strive to prioritize clients who can commit to their scheduled appointments.

Late Arrival

Shortened Sessions: Clients who arrive late to their appointment will still be required to end their session at the originally scheduled time, and the full service fee will apply. We strive to respect the time of all our clients and maintain a strict schedule.

Late Arrival Considered No-Show: If a client is more than 5 minutes late for their appointment, it will be treated as a no-show. The appointment will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Emergency Situations

Case-by-Case Consideration: While our no refund and no rescheduling policy is strict, we understand that genuine emergencies can arise. If you experience an emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review such cases individually and may request documentation to support your claim.

Emergency Policy: Even in emergency situations, our policy remains that refunds and rescheduling are generally not offered. Exceptions are extremely rare and made at the sole discretion of BodyStats management.

Exclusions: Please note that this satisfaction guarantee does not apply to situations where the client arrived late for their appointment. Late arrivals are subject to the policies outlined above.

How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, simply email eric@bodystats.ca with the details of why you were not satisfied. We take all feedback seriously and will provide a full refund if your concerns are not resolved.
