No Refunds
Final Sale: All sales are final. Cancelled appointments are not refunded. Package, subscription, or referral credits used on a cancellation return to the applicable balance so you can rebook.
Booking Agreement: By confirming an appointment and making payment, you acknowledge that the appointment fee is non-refundable. Product-specific written guarantees and automatic refunds when BodyStats cannot complete a booking or service remain governed by their specific terms.
Limited Rescheduling
Location-Specific Cutoffs: Rescheduling closes 24 hours before Vancouver appointments and 72 hours before Toronto appointments. After the applicable cutoff, the appointment date and time are fixed and cannot be changed.
Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are available for their scheduled appointment time. We recommend booking only when you are confident that you can commit to the date and time.
No-Show Policy
Cancellation Without Refund: If a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the appointment will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be provided. The full cost of the service will be retained as a no-show fee.
Impact on Future Bookings: Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings, as we strive to prioritize clients who can commit to their scheduled appointments.
Late Arrival
Shortened Sessions: Clients who arrive late to their appointment will still be required to end their session at the originally scheduled time, and the full service fee will apply. We strive to respect the time of all our clients and maintain a strict schedule.
Late Arrival Considered No-Show: If a client is more than 5 minutes late for their appointment, it will be treated as a no-show. The appointment will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Emergency Situations
Contact Us Promptly: If an emergency prevents you from attending, contact hello@bodystats.ca as soon as possible. The location-specific rescheduling cutoff still applies, and cancelled appointments are not refunded.
After the Cutoff: We can help clarify your options, but we cannot guarantee appointment changes after the applicable rescheduling window has closed.
