This summer, three changes came together around the same idea: advanced health tracking should be easier to access and easier to manage. BodyStats Fraser gives us room to build the next version of the in-person experience. UltraPass changes how often you can test. UltraBook removes the friction between deciding to book and getting on the calendar.
They are separate launches, but they solve parts of the same problem. Better equipment matters. So does better access. And once you have an appointment, a subscription, a package code and several years of results, the digital experience needs to keep up.
- Our new Fraser Street studio is built and licensed, with its DEXA machine currently promised for November.
- UltraPass is $350 before tax for one year of unlimited DEXA, VO2 Max and RMR testing for one named person.
- UltraBook brings regular bookings and every major type of BodyStats code into one secure flow.
- Your Dashboard now keeps results and appointment visibility together, with a Manage link for upcoming bookings.
Introducing BodyStats Fraser
Our newest Vancouver studio is at 3558 Fraser Street. The construction work is complete, the space is licensed and the core layout is ready. The last major piece is the new DEXA system. Its delivery is currently promised for November, but equipment timelines can move, so we are not presenting that as a guaranteed opening date.
Fraser was designed around what we have learned from operating BodyStats at increasing scale: keep the testing flow clear, place equipment where it can be used efficiently and give each service enough room to feel calm without wasting space. That matters because every unnecessary step eventually shows up as a higher price, a longer wait or fewer available appointments.
The planned service lineup goes beyond a new DEXA room. Fraser is being prepared for a Hologic Horizon A scanner; VO2 Max testing on an air bike, treadmill or Zwift-style bike; RMR testing; lactate-threshold testing; an OxeFit strength assessment; and a Styku 3D body scan with a custom print option. We will confirm the final launch menu when the equipment is installed and booking opens.

UltraPass makes consistent testing simple
UltraPass is our experiment in removing the per-visit calculation. Instead of deciding whether each individual test is worth buying, one named pass holder pays $350 before tax for unlimited DEXA, VO2 Max and RMR testing for one year.
You can use a Personal UltraPass at Gastown and Yaletown now. Fraser will be added when it opens. Your year does not start on the day you buy it; it starts with the first UltraPass appointment you actually use.
“Unlimited” does not mean filling the calendar months in advance. You can have one future appointment scheduled at a time. Once that appointment is complete, the slot opens and you can book the next one. The pass belongs to one named holder and cannot be shared or transferred.
UltraPass appointments cannot be rescheduled.
Missed appointments are charged at the regular single-test price. An unused pass is fully refundable until Fraser performs its first scan; after the first UltraPass appointment is used, the pass becomes non-refundable.
Why offer this at all? Consistent measurement is more useful than a one-off snapshot. UltraPass gives you room to test when the information is genuinely useful, while giving us a hard constraint: make scheduling, staffing and equipment use efficient enough that much broader access is sustainable. That is closely tied to our mission to make advanced health tracking available to everyone.
You can review the complete offer and current availability on the UltraPass page.
We built UltraBook around the questions people kept asking
The old booking experience worked, but too much of it depended on knowing which link to use. We kept receiving understandable variations of the same questions: Where do I enter my package code? Is this a subscription code or a promo code? How many credits are left? Where do I manage my subscription? Can I book several tests together?
UltraBook is our answer. It gives you one place to choose a studio, compare the testing options available there, find a time and either pay or redeem what you already have. Paid bookings use secure Square checkout, including Apple Pay where available.
The code entry is deliberately universal. You can start with a package code, gift certificate, subscription code, promo code or referral code. UltraBook identifies the type and sends you into the correct flow. You should not need to understand how our offers are organized before you can use one.
After verifying your email, your UltraBook account can bring forward saved contact details, upcoming visits, available packages, subscription credits and UltraPass access connected to that email. Active packages and subscriptions have a clear Book action, and subscription cards include a secure management route when one is available.

Your appointments now live beside your results
The BodyStats Dashboard started as the place to see DEXA, VO2 Max and RMR results. It now also shows your upcoming and past appointments, plus package balances, subscription credits and the codes connected to your verified email.
For an upcoming standard booking, the Dashboard shows a Manage button. It opens the secure appointment-management page, where the options available depend on that appointment. This is useful, but there is an important distinction: the Dashboard is not currently performing a reschedule itself. It is giving you a reliable route to the booking-management page without making you search through old confirmation emails.
UltraPass has its own stricter rule: UltraPass appointments cannot be rescheduled. We have made that condition visible before purchase because it is part of how the unlimited price works.
Cancellation policy: cancellations are never refunded. If you cancel a session booked with a package credit, that credit returns to the package balance so you can book again.
Together, the two tools divide the work cleanly. UltraBook handles the next booking. The Dashboard holds the history: your appointments, available credits and the results that make consistent testing worthwhile.
