The space

1118 Homer.

1118 Homer is the kind of Yaletown building you walk past for years before noticing — heritage brick, timber floors, and tall windows that turn the room gold around 4pm. Inside: a treadmill in the window light, a DEXA bay tucked toward the back, and enough whitespace to forget you’re in a lab. It’s our newest studio, and the most boutique room we’ve ever opened.

Common questions

Before you book.

How is Yaletown different from Gastown?

Same protocol, same instruments, same report. Different room, different vibe — Yaletown leans bright and boutique; Gastown leans industrial heritage. Pick whichever is closer.

Is there parking on site?

No private lot, but EasyPark Yaletown options are within a couple of blocks. Most clients SkyTrain or street-park on Homer.

What should I wear?

Athletic clothes with no metal in the scan zone. For VO2 max on the treadmill, bring proper running shoes — not flats or trainers you’ve never run in.
